WHITE MONKEY PAW

Originating from the high-altitude Wu Yi Mountains in the Fujian Province of China, White Monkey Paw is a delicate green tea made from the first two leaves and bud of new season growth. These leaves are plucked early in the morning during the first two weeks of the season and gently steamed and dried. The tea gets its name from the appearance of the dry leaves, which are said to resemble a monkey's paw. This tea is known for its delicate, sweet, and smooth flavor, with a pale green infusion that almost resembles white tea due to its light liquor and visual delicacy​
