CEREMONIAL DRAGONWELL YIXING GREEN TEA

 Originating from the Zhejiang Province in China, Ceremonial Dragonwell, also known as Longjing tea, is one of the most famous and revered green teas. This tea is known for its unique flat leaves and distinctive chestnut aroma. The flavor is smooth, toasty, and slightly sweet, with delicate nutty notes and a vegetal sweetness.

Dragonwell tea is typically brewed at a lower temperature, around 175°F (80°C), to preserve its delicate flavors. It's recommended to use about 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves per 8 ounces of water, with a steeping time of 2-3 minutes for the first infusion and slightly longer for subsequent brews. The tea produces a pale yellow liquor with a rich, fresh aroma that is never astringent when brewed correctly​
